Confessions of a provocative mind

Finally managed to find some time to add some stuff on my website...still loads to do. but it's a work in progress, and at least now it looks decent.

Some days all you can do is sit and stare blankly into space.
Some days all you can do is listen to Newton and dream about cats.
Some days all you can do is cry in a bath covered in foam.

Some days all you want is a cigarette and a coke.
Some days all you care about is the hem of the dress and a pair of shoes.
Some days you wish you weren't here, and that pigeons would stop hassling.

Some days you hope for sunsets and flowers, and wait for the red lights to change.
Some days you hope to see the stars reflected in a pond, and to swim until the night comes through.
Some days you hope for blankets to wrap and wine to drink, and you don't care about the fire or the waters.

Some days you're lonely and sad,
and some days you're happy and glad,
but some days just pass unannounced, fresh of directions,
and those are the best around them all,
because those days you know you are here for no reason at all.
